Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful, relaxing, quiet Christmas at our house this year. With is being Lincoln's first Christmas and having Sladen for his entire Christmas break from school, we decided so spend Christmas with just our little family!
We had a nice Christmas Eve dinner.. Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, BBQ Chicken, Rolls Corn & Martinelli's Sparkling Cider! After dinner we went up town and walked around the Christmas Village on main street. Then we headed to 711 for Hot Chocolate. While we were sipping our hot chocolate we drove out to Willard to see the lights at the Bay. WHAT A LINE! We drove through first then went to the south end and took a carriage ride around the lights again. Sladen was chosen to ride up front with the driver. He was so excited! When we got home we opened our standard new Christmas PJ's then it was off to bed to wait for St. Nick.

I was shocked when Sladen didn't wake up til almost 830 Christmas morning. I remember getting up at the crack of dawn when I was a kid. Sladen got to look through his stocking while we waited for Judd to climb out of bed. Then we opened presents. Sladen got some REAL pirates gold from Santa. He was pretty excited. Judd and I got him a Go Fish game made just for him with the cards being family members, he was pretty excited. He also got some new movies, some books and a few games. Lincoln got a piano from Santa.. he's not sure if he likes it yet. Judd and I got him a lot of clothes and some other toys and some books. I got a new Carhartt coat (YAY!) a food processor and some new shoes. Judd got a bunch of tools, some IAB (Illuminati American Bulldogs) shirts and some new cologne.

Christmas Morning

After presents we had Blueberry Crepes *yum* then we all got ready and headed to church.
Once church was over we headed home to play some games and spend time together. Later we had dinner at Grandma Arleen's house and the day was over.

We loved spending so much time together over Christmas. We are so lucky to have the greatest little boys!
